Randomly Found a Newly Dropped House

So, I was heading over to the Yew sheep pens to sheer some sheep, and I ran across a house that had just dropped!

Didn't take SS's, as I was transporting shit to the bank as soon as I saw it... but I got about 90k, several t-maps and SoS's and a few magic weapons.

Used half of the money to buy a new small house deed, so I have a house here now:

It's pretty close to the Yew Moongate, so if anyone wants to use it for vendors, they are more than welcome to do so.

That's actually pretty close to the gate! Lucky find! I would take advantage of that as a vendor spot, since I've seen more and more showing up South of the gate, instead of just East.

Yeah, I concur. Although, the only thing I have to sell at this point is some magic armor/weaps. So if anyone has trade goods to sell, just let me know.

I wouldn't even bother putting a bunch of disorganized garbage up. If anything, that will just stop people from taking the time to check your inventory. At least, that's what I find myself doing all the time.

You are welcome to. My only request is that you put the vendor together in a fairly accessible way (i.e. a way that is buyer friendly. As Red said earlier, we can build a positive vendor ambiance at the house.
