I think we came in at a slump in activity, but the server population has been growing. It's the circle of life.

I think they just changed the how the houses decay recently, i remember reading something about it.

Houses:
House will become condemned if owner has not logged in for 180 days, 30 days if account if banned.
Opening a house sign will no longer refresh the house, the door must be opened for the house to be refreshed.

Uhhh, I don't remember especially well. I'd say two hours or so. Maybe less.

there are actually trees all over, i believe. there's a mod to remove the trees. now that i actually see it, i don't like it.
don't you still have to run around the trees? that would get annoying, continually running into things.

the trees show up as stumps, there are no trees in that screenshot...
