Hey, I'm looking for someone else who has either a miner/niggerniggerniggerniggerniggersmith/tinker character would like to invest funds into buying a small house next to a min-able area. I don't have any particular area in mind, but that can be agreed on later. I think the area north of Minoc is good since we could boat mine and bring the ore down to be smelted as well.

It's 48,000 for a small house, anyone interested?

good luck getting a spot next to a large enough concentration of nodes to pay off the investment.

Alternatively, we could open a vendor and forge in Beggartopia.

you can use my house, spades. i have a forge/anvil in there, and a niggerniggerniggerniggerniggersmith/miner as well.

if you wanna get a house up in the minoc area as well, that might be a good idea.

Niggersmith is such a fantastic name.

i offer my sage guidance to any anvil dwelling beggars in their quest to ultimate ironforging. im willing to donate small increments of time and perhaps gold if you seem serious enough.

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to recall to and from your mining spot.

That's how I would roll imo, you can have a book of good mining spots in your bank so if one is a bit pk happy you can get to a different one. If you get your magery up enough you can gate through a pack mule or 2.

I got a miner/smith/fletcher/tailor guy.

Although I am playing him the old fashin way. Not afk crafting with him. Do use macro's. So he leveling slow. Really only use him for cash to support my main.

So, he may take a while to make good shit. But if I play him long enough, I wouldn't mind renting out some "vendor" space.

I need a house too, but I think I want mine near the guild lake.

I am sure they would rather stuff there ore up their arse and hobble back to town than use your scabby house.
