Can someone write up a guide on how to use a hireling to work these up. Or link if there is one somewhere else.

I get the basics of it, butcher knife (swords), bandages, hireling. Put them on Guard, beat on them, heal them, repeat.

Anyone have a good macro guide on how to make sure not to kill them would be great. ;)

Also, how many bandages should you have?
How much money to the NPC?

Dagger for fencing?
______ for macing?

butcher's knife swords
wand mace
Dagger fencing?

Go to a hireling, make sure you find one with armor alteast. Armor + shield better.

"hireling name" hire
Drag cash on guy around 200G
All follow - click on yourself.
take him in town to some out of place, place
All gaurd - click on yourself
Attack hireling
All stay (so he stops hitting you).
start macro

For healing - depends on your healing. You will have to check. For AFK I would say 10 maybe 15 seconds. so around 6 bandages a minute. 360 an your. You probably can go longer if your healing is 50 or higher. I would watch it for a little to see.

To make the macro. Create a new on in razor. Hit record. Double click bandages, click hireling. stop recording. Add a delay at the end.

First thing first, I put a macro file up on the FTP in the "Gamewedonotspeakof" folder or whatever it's called. You'll need to retarget everything in it, and I'm not sure if it includes an anatomy skill, but that's easy to add.

Next, go to Delucia in the Lost Lands and you can locate NPC Paladins in the castle looking thing on the North side of town. Say "insertNPCnamehere hire" and they will tell you how much they charge per day (2 real world hours). Pay them for at least two days worth, which is about 206 gold.

Say "All follow me" and drag the hireling to the south part of town where you won't be noticed. Once in position, say "all guard" and click on yourself. He should flag gray, at which point you attack him. Then say "all stay" and he should stop hitting you back. At this point, calibrate your macro.

It's difficult to say how often you should heal him, because it depends on a lot of different factors. It depends on how often you successfully heal, how high your weapon skill is, if the paladin's armor gets destroyed, etc. The best I can say is to tweak it manually until you're confident he won't die. It's better to overheal than underheal, because at least you're getting heal gains.

Fencing - Dagger
Mace Fighting - Wand
Swordsmanship- Butcher's knife

I would start with about 500-800 bandages every time. You can calculate the correct amount yourself based on how often you heal. Also, the higher your dex, the faster you'll hit GM.

stuff

Great guide thank you.

I had 91.1 anatomy this morning, so most likely that will be close to GM by this evening. Healing is almost 50 (real).

already have 100/100/25 str/dex/int so I guess skill gains will be as high as they can be. :D

Oh, how do you get to Delucia?

You need to find the recdu teleporter in Moonglow. Check your Automap for the location. You step on it, and say "recdu" to get across. You'll end up in Papua, and you'll have to make a dash through the jungle to get to the southeast corner of the map.

Unless you are planning to do that in a house I would do it next to the bank and add a restock macro so you are not sitting there with 500+ bandages on you. Also you might want to add an if statement to call for guards and heal yourself if you take damage. You then should be able to leave it run all night, if you do it inside the bank then the npcs will call the guards for you so you might not need to bother with the last bit.

Do it near the bank and someone will peacemake your ass.
