50-100 Crates of various sizes, packed to maximum weight limit and locked.
The use of several pack mules.
Several able-bodied, rabblerousing vagrants.

They just need to be as heavy as possible. I'd recommend iron ore. You'll need a pack mule to transport it though.

I have no idea seeing as how I'm still IP banned and this is a test run of hopefully a regular thing. I plan on setting up a roaming shanty town that will make our target city look hideous. And we'll refuse to leave until properly compensated with gold.
