I'm setting this as our goal for a decent guildhouse with a guild stone. My associate, Mr. fingers, is out of town, so I'll act as treasurer for the housing fund. If you wish to contribute, please give the money to me so we can account for our progress. Any surplus money will be donated back into the clan for training up magery/resist.

If you need help finding a good place to farm, I'll be happy to show you. Stalwart also knows a pretty rapey place to farm up. The two of us made around 45k in 2 hours last night.

For those of you who are new to UO, getting a house will be a big help in training up some of the more difficult skills, especially crafting.

I should also mention that the faster we get the funds together for this, the more time we'll have to shop around for something good. Once people need to work on resist/magery, they're going to really wish we had a guildstone and a house up.
