The Marketing and Development Corps for the Betterment of the Anvil Society's Domestic and Foreign Monetary Standings in the Torrinos System is it's initial organizational phase. I've sent out an EVE Mail via Crash Adonis with further details. I'm looking for someone with a real history in the field of economics to take the Director role.

The goal of this group is to better assist trade conducted in the Torrinos system by corporation members. As it stands, I think Google Wave would be one of the best ways to manage this (and it would finally give me an excuse to use my account).

You're joking arn't you? Now it's even more important to get this shit up and running. Theres a lot of money to be made in X-7 and if we work together we can ensure that Anvil is making most of it.

We're about to go there and crash whatever traders think they have keys to the kingdom right now so we really should at least let each other know what areas we're all into so we're not tredding on each others toes.

I went to x-7 to check the market out, and noticed the lack of money going throught it, sure some items are overpriced but just 0-5 of them are sold PER DAY in the whole region, it can be just 25mil or so per item per day, which is laughinly little. I found out why when I private chatted one of their guys, apparently they have some kind of system in the corp that sells you the ships for below (jita) market price, which makes the point of trading in that station quite useless IMO. You are free to give it a shot but I won't try to get into it after seeing the weak isk-flow...

Well, I wrote down X-7 prices for about 150 or so tech 2 modules, ammunition, drones etc. Markup varies from 5% to 400%. A couple things are cheaper though, so I'm working on a way to haul that stuff out of system to Jita to turn a profit there.

Did you also write down quantity and amount of isk going through that specific item daily? I guess not... On the other hand, if you cover such a large spectra as 150 items you might make some profit if u make sure all orders are constantly updated...
