This is the other part of the meeting that we didn't cover. Got too distracted with our op/badger wars in torrinos. We still need to bust up the torrinos --> EC- gatecamp with badgers, ibis's, etc.

For this to work, I'll need coordination from our Directors, and we only have a few official directors right now, and really, it's still all getting sorted out.

The only directors in stone are Riddle and Matriel, and they are sharing Production Manager. Having them at opposite sides of the clock is really handy, so we're going to follow that same pattern.
I've more or less been the mining director, so if you're looking to replace me, feel free to do so.
We have several PVP managers, but no director yet. It will be decided by who wants the extra bit of workload: who steps up and starts forming groups, works on FC'ing, and is willing to keep the PVP Hangar organized.

The directors will be in charge of moving equipment around. We need to make sure that there is plenty of cheap crap in the petty cash hangar so that nobody ever goes hungry. You can always find a minimal amount of equipment in there to keep going.

If you see something you need in the Division specific tabs (PVP, mining, etc), please let a manager or director know, and we'll get it to you for 80% of the market price. This way, each feeds into the next. PVPers dropping off salvage and module loot, miners dropping off ore, production guys filling that hangar with manufacturing loot.

The Division Specific Hangars ARE NOT for what that division needs but what they supply. This may seem backwards, but it's a good system. There's a wallet that anyone can donate to for each of the three divisions. When you take something that one division supplies, that division head will take it out for you and collect a small donation from you.

These donations in the PVP/mining/production specific division wallets are to be used for corp ops/corp BPOs.

The PVP directors can reward folks with better ships, modules, etc, that will be used on PVP ops using that division's wallet, etc.

In short:

If you are a PVPer/mission runner, drop all loot into the PVP tab.
If you a miner, drop all your loot into the Mining tab
If you are a productionator, drop all your loot into the Production tab.

Always remember to get paid for it by asking either me or the appropriate director/manager. When taking out of a division tab, remember to pay for it into that division's wallet.

Directors/Managers: please make sure that the wallets don't get too high. Put excess money into the Master Wallet, and I'll be auditing it/keeping track.

Thoughts? Vetos? Good/bad system?

Sounds like a good system, I like it! If you need a EU-timezone pvp- manager/director/fleet commander I am willing to take it on, seeing as we are quite few experienced pvpers in the corp as it is, I think I could contribute to the overall performance.

I think Cocer as a PVP Director would be a good choice.

I agree.

So after I run my mission, loot, and salvage I should drop everything in the PVP tab and send you an EVE-mail for the cost?
