The women don't actually look that bad. That one in the screen shot does but he must have messed up the sliders or somthing. I think they are pretty realistic bodies actually. They don't have perfect perky boobs and they aren't stick thin but I wouldn't say they were fugly. Go into character creation and make a woman and see.

Wait on it for a month or two. Since your not in the early blocks anyway I would really suggest keep it off until we can say for sure if the game is going to shit or at least mildly worth the money/time.

Edit: And yeah, I've seen games with a lot shittier female models than those, but than again, the skeleton on those same models is what makes them fugly when they actually move around or lay around as well.
