Did Cidius ever mention getting kicked out or discharged from military service? Because the shooter had gotten kicked out of the army previously because he couldn't restrain himself on live-fire excersises and was shooting all over the place.

It could make us more confident in matching him up.

I really do think he is the guy in that WoW guild. They live in the same area in Finland, both have the handle "Cidius". Finland has like 5 million ppl, what are the chances of their being 2 guys in the same area with the same handle, playing MMOs?
