Just joined up with the DBC last night.
I guess ill give a quick history of me since i got nothing to do for the next 3 hours..
Got into gaming with watching my friend play UO.
First game i ever played was DaOC. Joined a guild called the Ring of Protection on percival. When i joined it had like 3 active members with me being the most active and one of the other guys being on but always soloing.
After a while i went on a mini recruiting spree cause the guild was boring. Succesfully pulled in some new troops. After a year or so i got promoted all the way up the chain to GM. At this point i went on a mad spree and brought our guild from teh brink of extinction to well over 50 active members. Unfortunatly winter break hit and i couldnt play for a month or so. By the time i came back only a handful were stayed, most left thinking i quit the game.
I still played but the guild only held on to about 10 members. Eventually i got bored and quit the game. Came back twice. In the end i was the only member left so i disbanded and Joined with Dragonmystkeep since i had pretty much been pvping with them from the start.
Over the 2-3 years i was able to claim of few forts in the name of RoP with the points i racked up alone.
I also played SB in clan called the BlackCompany who was under teh Rolling30s. Only played that for a few months before break hit again.
Played WoW with Dragonmystkeep.
Played Vanguard with some dudes from work.
And now i am here. yup :thumb:
