Spinewire, I think I know what part you are talking about. Is it when he blocks the kick, or maybe when the Karate guy sort of pauses and splits in between the two dudes he kicks. Either way, it is a movie and romanticised a bit for entertainment. Wing Chun is not a pretty style, it is to the point.
