There's quite some action in the forum, just not in the part that newcomers can view. :)

Your access should be fixed up. In order to join the anvil group on the DF forums go to your UserCP and select "Group Memberships" from the list. Then find "Anvil Society" on the list and check off the radio button "Join Group." Then hit the submit button at the bottom.

You'll have to wait for Monte to approve your join request, but once this happens you will be able to go back to your Group memberships area, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select "Identify as Anvil Society member" and submit.

It's kind of an annoyance.

Hey thanks, it appears I did that a long time ago and never went in and identified myself as a member. All done now.
