Since we be in the Frosty Wombat... What be yer drink of choice, Dwarves?

Usually, I go for the cheap stuff and drink a lot of it. Usually the PBR or Hamms.

If I want a treat though I will have a glass of red wine. My favorite being 7 Deadly Zins.

Depends if your talking in life or not... with the brands you mentioned you seem to be talking about real stuff, so ill just say i don't drink.

Teetotaling simpletons.

I love Rum, but if I'm drinking Vodka it's probably Svedka. Hmm. Jagermeister is delicious as well. I enjoy wine, but I've never had expensive wine because I've always been broke. I make a point to drink my cheap wine out of plastic cups or straight from the bottle, just to establish my cheap wineness.

Red wine, it has an enzyme or some type of biological thingy that activates the cell's something that slows down aging, nevermind the fact that I am only 18 years.

If I drink beer I'll drink local brews, most of the imports and domestic shit is kind of awful unless it's really fresh. I drank Budweiser a lot when I lived in Missouri because you could get it day-fresh and it was delicious, but it doesn't travel well at all. The only beer you can get that travels well is the kind packaged with nitrogen compression, like Guinness is. I like Guinness pretty well, but it pales in comparison to Wexford Cream Ale which is more or less a "Guinness Light" if you can imagine such a thing.

However I most frequently drink whiskey. My favorite being particular kinds of Scotch malts (laphroiag, for instance, is great. Islay malts are really my "style" of scotch), followed closely by Irish whiskey, and then Canadian or Bourbon... in last place are the crappier scotch malts which still pass as good. A few irish/scotch blends are alright, too.

Vodka isn't bad either but it doesn't have much flavor or character to it. I do, very much, enjoy that ultra-distilled vodka without impurities. If I JUST want to sit there and get drunk in solemn loneliness, Vodka is impossible to beat... there's just no comparison. However, I more frequently enjoy relaxing and enjoying the full bodied character and flavors of the different types of whiskey out there.

In the mixed drink department, which is a rare venture for me, I drink White Russians primarily followed by Rusty Nails, Rob Roys, and Old Fashioneds.

I never drink Tequila, and rarely deviate from hard drinks for things like Southern Comfort, pre-mixes, margaritas, or anything of that nature... although I do on occasion. Sans the margaritas... as I said, I never drink Tequila.

I miss whiskey. Last time I enjoyed its goodness was the first time I experienced a blackout. I've been too afraid to get drunk on whiskey since then. Although, I think once winter hits again, if I spend any time outside I'll have a shot or two of whiskey first. It "warms" up the body sooo well.

As Surly already mentioned, the only good imported beer pretty much is Guiness. In terms of German beer I prefer dunkles weißbier, which is a darker variety of German wheat beer. I especially like the brand Unertl as it's both sweet and flavorsome. But I have to admit I haven't tried too many different brands yet.

Else than beer I like all kinds of whiskey. And I love pure cachaça and rum, you know, sweet, hard stuff.

Edit: I always mean "sweet" in relative terms here, I don't like spirits which are really sweet.

I've mixed feelings of sake, since it tastes like water with a side taste.

I mean sure you can drink a lot, but does it qualify as "good" since it doesn't actually taste good?

Cidius

Since I can't EDIT, I guess there are some sakes that actually do taste like something, since there must be millions of different types of brands.
