Just wanted to say hi to those of you who may rememeber me. Things look really nice around here. Kinda quit serious gaming around a year ago after i got engaged and a promotion around the same time. I also decided to take a couple of classes because apparently a new job and a wedding to plan for simply wasn't enough on my plate :stabbed: . Anyways , just wanted to stop by say hi and hope things are going well for you all.

Yeah I've been following Surly and Max around since early '03. We have had some good and not so good times together but we did have some fun.

I'm really not sure what my plans are for DF yet. As for Surly's question if Im back thats a tricky question. I've been playing with NAU for so long i consider them all good friends. Since Anvil Society never really played an organized game while i was here and and i was playing with NAU in SB and WoW there was never any competition for my loyalty or playing time. I'm on the beta list for the whitewoods but untill i play beta i really won't know what i want to do or what my playstyle will be or what my opportunities are. I just won't be gaming like used to. Im pretty sure we'll all be playing the same faction so i hadn't really thoought about it. We have all been friends for so long that it makes it difficult to have to pick one or the other.

I'm just an old fart that enjoys being with all his friends. I can honestly say i would never be disloyal to Anvil Society no matter what choices i make. I have way to much respect and admiration for Ken and Co. I'll definately be around, and i guarantee when DF is playable you'll be hearing my voice on vent. Sitting around discussing something that doesn't "exist" yet just isn't for me. I need something concrete to work ith before i get interested.

Anyways, Ill never truly go away(suckers). You guys currently playing anything as a guild?

I really doubt NAU winds up being anywhere but on our side in DF. As far as I know, assuming it's a good enough game that we all play, we'll all be seeing quite a lot of each other. So it doesn't really matter which group you play with as far as I'm concerned, you're still considered of high stature here or wherever you go.
