So I just bought a new harddrive since my old went kaboom. And there was nothing I could save.. So if you haven't seen me on these forums on a dayily basis for a while, it's because I'm installing new shit 24/7 to get this to work the way I want.

Rune is gone (not so hard to get tho), Vent is gone (where I spent very little time anyway. Gonna change that) And lots and lots more. A piece of advice: don't fuck up your harddrive. It's _bloody_ annoying to do everything from the beginning. Mine went fuxk0red when I switched the place on the USB cable of my keyboard. ZHICHING, 75,90€ for a new HDD.
Anyway, I need some help with stuff. For example does anyone know any good firewall? I'm using some AVG 7.5 trial shit at the moment, which is quite rubbish.. The Windows Service Pack is bitching with me. Had the Windows Firewall working for 2 days. When I deactivated it once, in order to get Warsow work online for a while, it refused to go back on. Getting the error message "Windows Firewall could not start due to an unknown reason". GOGO Microsoft.
Also, mourn my loss of all my pr0n. :(

At one point I had around 3TB's of Porn... it was insane. Of course, back then I had the best freakin' computer ever too so... *sigh* stupid governemnt. I was cought doing some hackery around 2003 and I faced Felony charges. They said "You can do one of two things. Destroy your computer, or go to prison for 15 years.".

Funny thing is... I actually thought twice about it... but I decided the computer had to go. Little did I know the monitors, Harddrives, and all that shit had to go too. Fucked up thing is, I could have gotten in a LOT more trouble. Apparently detectives spent weeks going through my computer, and among all that Porn I never even watched ( Too much of it, it was insane ) apperently, according to them, there was CP on there. I explained the mini game , but they didn't believe me. Said they've heard that excuse before ( Riiiiight... )

Anyway, the porn isn't the issue here really. I just don't want to mess up this harddrive aswell. My old one was filled with viruses, spyware.. you name it. It was a chaos. This one should be safe, atleast for now. Just gimme suggestions on firewalls. Heard that Outpost Firewall Pro is quite nice. But I might have to... accidentally recieve it from the internet without paying. Stuff like that sometimes just happen.

I dunno about any other shit but ZoneAlarm (when configured right) works perfectly for me.

Since I've gotten it, it has blocked 710 579 access attempts. 22825 intrusions have been blocked. 573 of those high-rated.

AntiVir is a good virus program also, when something does anything remotely suspicious, I get the chance to deny it's existance or delete it.

And believe me, not going to suspicious porn sites helps too.

Here in arkansas there isn't much else to be except cleric, and fuck those preachy motherfuckers. God damnit, if only my parents had invested in martial arts classes when I was young, I could atleast pull off being a monk.

Dude, when I run a game, I run with the reroll 1's and 2's rule for stats, cause having a stat below 9 isn't epic. But I also make it challenging so people need those stats or they get pwned. Also run with max hp rule, like 4+con for wizzes, 6+con for rogues, 8+con for droods, 10+con for fighters and palywackers, and 12+con for barbarians. But the badguys run with this too for the most part. God forbid I ever pit my chars against a tarrasque.
